Arrive

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 25, 2026 · Last updated: June 25, 2026

Arrive Hospitality LLC (“Arrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform that allows consumers to create a portable profile so that service businesses and approved individuals can recognize and personalize their experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly:

  • Name, preferred name, email address, phone number
  • Birthday (month and day only — we do not collect or require birth year)
  • Profile photograph
  • Preferences, comfort notes, and any other information you choose to add to your profile
  • Special dates you choose to store (e.g., anniversaries)

1.2 Information generated through your use of Arrive:

  • Which businesses you have authorized to view your profile, and when they last accessed it
  • Which other Arrive users you follow or who follow you, and any preferences you've chosen to share with them
  • Notifications, invitations, and messages sent to or from your account

1.3 Information we explicitly do NOT collect or store:

  • Medical, clinical, diagnostic, or health treatment information of any kind
  • Payment card numbers or financial account information
  • Biometric identifiers, facial geometry, or any data generated through facial recognition. Your photograph is stored as an ordinary image file for visual identification by authorized humans only. Arrive does not perform automated facial recognition and does not generate, derive, or store any biometric template, faceprint, or similar identifier from your photograph.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

  • Display your profile and chosen preferences to businesses and individuals you have explicitly authorized;
  • Send you communications related to those authorized connections, including the email and SMS communications described in Section 4;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Arrive platform;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with any business or individual you have not explicitly authorized.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With businesses you authorize: only the specific profile information you have agreed to share, and only for as long as you keep that connection active. You may revoke any business’s access at any time, effective immediately upon your action.

3.2 With other Arrive users (followers) you authorize: limited to your own self-reported preferences and answers — never including any private note that another user has written about you. Private notes are visible only to the person who authored them, in all cases, with no exception and no setting that overrides this.

3.3 We do not share your information with data brokers, advertisers, or any third party for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. SMS and Email Communications

4.1 Email. Arrive’s initial contact with a new consumer is by email, sent because a business you have an existing relationship with (such as an upcoming reservation or appointment) provided your contact information to us in connection with that relationship.

4.2 SMS. Arrive will only send you SMS text messages if you affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent box presented in that email or elsewhere in the app. By checking that box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Arrive related to your account and your connections with businesses, including profile confirmations and connection-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and connections. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. You may withdraw consent and stop all further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of using the non-SMS features of Arrive.

4.3 Granular control. Once you have created a profile, you may independently enable or disable communications from each specific business you are connected with, separate from your original consent.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You may, at any time and without charge:

  • View a complete list of businesses and individuals with access to your profile, and what specifically they can see;
  • Revoke any business's or individual's access immediately;
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Delete your Arrive account and profile entirely. Upon deletion, your profile data is removed from all connected businesses' dashboards within 24 hours.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, we delete your profile information within 24 hours, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, in which case retained data is limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

7. Data Security

Arrive uses industry-standard technical safeguards, including encrypted data storage and database-level access controls (row-level security) that prevent any business from accessing another business’s data, and that prevent any private note from being accessed by anyone other than its author, including by Arrive’s own business-facing tools.

8. Children's Privacy

Arrive is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email or in-app notice prior to taking effect.
